Level 5 > Painting is underway, bathroom tiling is 90% complete just the grouting to finish this week, kitchen, laundry & wardrobe joinery is all being delivered late this week and will be installed over the next 2 weeks. Timber flooring started today and will take about 2 weeks as well to do the entire level. Final painting for Level 5 will be starting around the 2nd July.

Level 6 > Plastering is now complete, painting will commence this week. Bathroom tiling has commenced and will take about 2 weeks for the entire level. Kitchen, laundry & wardrobe joinery will be starting on the 2nd June.

Level 7 > Plastering is underway, ceilings are being lined and plastered. Handover to painters & bathroom tilers is on track for the 8th June and kitchen, laundry & wardrobe joinery will be starting on the 22nd June.

Level 8 > Wall linings are underway, insulation will be completed by Friday in the walls. Ceiling grid should start going up in about a weeks time. Plastering will commence later this week as wall linings are completed. Handover to painters & bathroom tilers is on the 2nd July and kitchens will arrive on site 2 weeks after that on the 16th July.

Apartment interiors will be completed by mid September. We are currently tracking for CCC to be issued by 1st Nov which is about 2 weeks ahead of our contract programme handover date.
